I lost my registration and/or decals. How can I get a replacement?

Duplicate registrations and decals can only be issued when the registration is current.

You need to fill out a Duplicate Order Blank (DNR 8456) [PDF; 17k] and send it in with a check for the appropriate amount. You can call us at the number below or email us to request a form if you cannot use the PDF file.

Duplicate registrations cost $4; a duplicate set of decals cost $4.
