I'm interested in dock space at a state park

Dock space at State Parks is managed by ODNR Division of Parks and Recreation ( ohiostateparks@dnr.state.oh.us ) . Boat owners wishing to rent public boat docks at Ohio State Park lakes must submit an application form to the appropriate state park. Renters are chosen through a lottery drawing.

Application forms are usually available August 1 from the park offices. The application deadline is typically August 31. The drawings are held in September.

Completed forms may be submitted in person or sent by certified mail/return receipt to the parks involved.

Lottery applicants must be able to show current proof of boat ownership or lease at the time of entry. Boats titled to dealerships are not eligible. Winners of the lottery are entitled to an optional 5 year contract.
