National Project WET
Project WET is a national program that is grounded in the belief that informed people are more likely to participate in the decision making process and to make a difference through their actions. The core of the program is the Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide. The guide, for kindergarten through twelfth grades, is a collection of over 90 water-related activities that are hands-on, easy to use, and fun!
Water Education Foundation
The mission of the Water Education Foundation, an impartial non-profit organization, is to develop and implement education programs leading to a broader understanding of water issues and to resolution of water problems.
Water Share, U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation
Water Share, the Virtual Water Conservation Center provides information for all ages and interests ranging from local water conservation programs to a series of interactive kid's activities. This site also has custom-written lesson plans that integrate the WaterShare Web site content with classroom activities targeting elementary, junior high, and high school.

WOW Water on the Web
WOW is a three-year cooperative educational project coordinated through the University of Minnesota and funded by the National Science Foundation that began in 1997. Water on the Web collects data from several water sampling robots, called Remote Underwater Sampling Station (RUSS). Each unit includes a solar-powered water quality instrument capable of making several measurements at different depths throughout the day.

When you register with the National Watershed Network, you're registering with an exclusive network of watershed partnerships. Rural Community Assistance Program
RCAP's services include on-site assistance to address rural drinking water supply and wastewater treatment needs. However, RCAP is also a resource for community leaders and others looking for technical assistance services and training related to rural solid waste programs, housing, economic development, comprehensive community assessment and planning, and environmental regulations. Rural communities or areas eligible for RCAP services are those with populations under 10,000.
