2004 SOUTHEAST OHIO URBAN TREE CARE CONFERENCE
SET FOR DIVISION OF FORESTRY ATHENS OFFICE
Ohio's municipal leaders encouraged to attend
ATHENS, OH - The annual fall Urban Tree Care Conference will once
again host great speakers and topics designed to help municipal
leaders effectively manage their public trees. The Ohio Department of
Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Forestry will co-sponsor the
event with the Athens Soil and Water Conservation District.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m., September 29, 2004. Registration cost is $15 and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, snacks and educational materials. ISA CEUs will also be available. |

Speakers will include Jim McCormac, author of Birds of Ohio, speaking on Birds of the Urban Forest. He will share his beautiful images and as well as his wisdom on how to manage our community forests to benefit our feathered friends. |
