LEGAL ASSISTANCE PROCEDURE

Purpose To provide instruction as to the proper manner in which to request legal assistance.

All requests for legal assistance and/or opinions shall be submitted in a written memorandum to the Chief Legal Counsel, through the respective Deputy Director.
