A small earthquake occurred just west of Geneva, Ashtabula County, on March 2 at 1:53 a.m. EST. The magnitude was 2.2. A 2.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in this general vicinity on February 23 at 1:12 a.m. A 2.0-magnitude event occurred in this area on August 17, 2002. One person reported feeling the earthquake on February 23.
