1971 Comments:
These trees are upright, spreading in character, and appear to be a good selection for this wide tree lawn. There are no overhead lines, so height will not be a problem in the future.

1997 Comments:
These plants are planted in 12' tree lawns and have a canopy providing an effective treescape. A considerable amount of pruning was done about three or four years ago and the trees are now quite v-shaped because of the pruning.
Sixty-eight of the overall planting survived (25 of 37 trees).
