Deadline for submitting Big Tree nominations for the 2013 Ohio Big Tree list is July 1, 2013. After July 1, 2013, nominations will be still be accepted, but they will be evaluated for the 2014 Big Tree list. Please fill out all fields of the nomination form by tabbing down. Do not push the enter or submit key until the form is completed.
