Real Estate Information Services

The Real Estate Information Services Unit provides geographic information system, computer database support, and website development for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources’ real estate functions, project planning and mapping requirements.

Current Unit responsibilities include:

• Real Estate Geographic Information System development / mapping
• Real Estate Land Management database development / reporting
• Division of Real Estate and Land Management website
• ODNR digital land boundary data maintenance ( State of Ohio owned properties, leased lands, land under management/use agreements)
• Scanned document management
• Records Retention
• Real estate property tax / assessment coordination
