Coastal Regulatory Application Notices

Pursuant to 15 C.F.R. § 930.2, public notice is hereby given that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Office of Coastal Management has received materials and has begun to consider whether to concur, conditionally concur or object to a Federal Consistency Certification/Determination for the projects listed below. The projects are listed by the date a complete project application was received. Each project includes the project location and location description, the ODNR Consistency ID number for each project, and a notation of other permits being applied for.

Additional information on the project is available by downloading the PDF file within each project listing. The project file may also be inspected at the ODNR Office of Coastal Management, 105 West Shoreline Drive, Sandusky. It is strongly recommended that you call 419-626-7980 or 888-644-6267 to schedule an appointment for reviewing the file to ensure the appropriate staff are available to assist you.

All interested persons are entitled to provide written comments on each project with respect to the enforceable policies of the Ohio Coastal Management Program. ODNR will continue to accept written comments through the close of business on the date listed beside each project. Comments received after the listed date may not be considered as part of the official record. Comments should include the authorization number and the project name that comments are being made about. Comments may be submitted in writing (mail or e-mail) to:
