Stream Quality Monitoring

Ohio governor Ted Strickland and ODNR director Sean Logan assisted students from a central Ohio biology class in performing stream quality testing on a Big Darby scenic river tributary. More information about the SQM program can be found on the Divison of Natural Areas and Preserves website.

Memorial day marks the start of prime boating season here in Ohio. There are numerous boating opportunities and family friendly destinations throughout the state.
